Thanks for shopping with Nive Wolf. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 5 to 12 business days
- Canada: 7 to 15 business days
- International: 10 to 20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Nive Wolf is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still cannot be found, contact us at nivewolf@outlook.com within 7 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
