Return and Refund Policy
At Nive Wolf, we want you to love your gear. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, email us at nivewolf@outlook.com with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
Once approved, we will send you the return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the return, including return postage, carrier fees, tracking, insurance, packaging, and any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges on the return shipment. We do not provide prepaid return labels and cannot reimburse return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. In these cases, Nive Wolf will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or promotional items (final sale)
- Gift cards
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please email us at nivewolf@outlook.com and we will look into it right away.
EU Customers
Notwithstanding the above, customers based in the European Union retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerruf) under EU consumer law.
